Evaluates customer requirements, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan as needed.
Major Deliverables:
Identify, develop, and evaluate market situation, based on knowledge of business objectives market dynamics.
Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and Return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and their activities.
Conduct market research to determine requirements of existing and future Customers.
Develops annual marketing plan so as to determine and manage the marketing budget.
Coordinate with production department to make assured delivery commitments.
Drive product sales to achieve and exceed targets.
Maintaining productive and
healthy relations with customers.
Job Specifications -
Essential:
Educational Qualification: B.E. (Electrical) with MBA (Marketing).
Experience of 10 - 15 years in Metal Industry.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
