Marketing Manger
Reporting to: Head Marketing
Location: Silvassa
Key objectives of the
job:
To develop the business and making the organization successful (This is reliant on ‘good knowledge of best practice’ and ‘management theories’).
Major Deliverables:
Generate leads for products and services as well as maintain and update customer databases.
Develop and execute strategies and deliver excellent sales and after-sales services to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention.
Attend to customers’ queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Communicate to rest of marketing team about new innovations and how they can be used to leverage marketing efforts and monitoring competitor activity.
Creating brand image of the business in Indian as well as international market.
Perform market research to assess viability of potential products (in our basket) and measure success of recent Strategy implemented.
To support the overall marketing objectives of company both externally and internally.
Ensure that all printed promotional material is distributed effectively to the customers and clients.
Specifying market requirements
for current and future products by conducting market
research supported by on-going visits to customers and
non-customers. Job
Specifications - Essential:
Educational Qualification: MBA (Marketing) & Graduate in Electrical Engineering with an Experience of 2 – 3 years in the field of marketing.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, ability to think logically and "out of the box".
Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation skills and a pro-active self-starter, who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
