Major Deliverables:
Able to read engineering drawing and ability to use various measurement tools such as Profile projector, oxygen determinator, UTS (machines), Spectrometer, conductivity and others.
Able to maintain report on rejections and quality.
To maintain quality instruments in QC room to check components.
Maintaining a check list for quality assured of products at each and every level and monitor in-processed products in production area.
Ensure to minimize product rework or rejection and maintain zero rejection where possible.
Ensure QC room is always kept clean and tidy and must be able to maintain management reports.
To educate the sales and marketing departments regarding the specific requirements of clients.
Co-ordinate sectional head’s
for maintaining the quality by educating them regarding
to basic requirements and standards.
Job Specifications -
Essential:
Educational Qualification: BSC with 1 year Experience.
Basic reading, writing, arithmetic skills required and must be well versed in computers with fluency in English.
Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.
